WAGGING THE DOG

The CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES was conceived and executed to form a REPUBLIC with LIMITED GOVERNMENT whose powers rested with the PEOPLE with STATES' LAWS of PRECEDENCE with all FEDERAL powers to be ONLY those granted to it BY THE PEOPLE THROUGH THE STATE.

THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE!

From its inception until Buchanan , STATES' RIGHTS PREVAILED.  However, the Abolitionist Movement for Emancipation of slaves begun in the 1830's, was reaching a fever pitch.  The Federal Government, by this time, was pressuring the South on trade issues, cotton and peanut production and other issues.  South Carolina acted first following Lincoln's election, knowing that a new government would follow, by declaring themselves independent from the United States.

 "We, the people of the State of South Carolina, in convention assembled, do declare and ordain, and it is hereby declared and ordained, That the ordinance adopted by us in convention on the twenty-third day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty-eight, whereby the Constitution of the United States of America was ratified, and also all acts and parts of acts of the General Assembly of this State ratifying amendments of the said Constitution, are hereby repealed; and that the union now subsisting between South Carolina and other States, under the name of the "United States of America," is hereby dissolved."

Done at Charleston the twentieth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty.

 Capitalizing on South Carolina's lead, six more states followed suit and the Confederate States of America was formed.  During the four months followinng Lincoln's election, the Confederate States occupied and claimed the forts and military installations within their boundaries.  Charlestonians, however, was still reminded daily of the shadow of the United States in the form of Fort Sumter, sitting in their harbor.    So, on April 12, 1861, one month after Lincoln's inauguration, they were ordered by the CSA to take possession.   Their demands for surrender went unheeded, so they fired on the fort.  A barrage of heavy artillary followed.  24 hours later, Ft. Sumter surrendered.  Lincoln responded and sent 75,000 troops to repossess the forts and installations held by the Confederates.  The Civil War began.

Now, as then, the issue of STATES RIGHTS remains.  Since the end of the Civil War in 1865, starting with Reconstruction  that humiliated and trampled the South, the Federal government has systematically and progressively asserted themselves into our lives and the control thereof, leaving a bloody trail  of trampled States' Rights in its wake.

In an effort to defend the pride of the South, Southerners adopted the Confederate Battle Flag as their banner of individuality and self-preservation and have maintained that symbol and the spirit of independence it represents to this day.  As everyone knows, after a deranged White Supremist killed 9 people in a traditionally black church in Charleston, Governor Nimrata Nikki Randhawa Haley, born of E. Indian parents and not an ancestral Southerner, was asked to take down the Confederate flag from the Capitol to honor the 9 dead black church members.  She immediately called for the Legislature to do so, since only they had the authority.  Before they acted, a sharpshooter (unknown) shot the flag down.

Walmart, followed by Sears, Amazon and eBay, banned the sale of Confederate flags and memorabelia by their entities.  Immediately following, a nationwide movement erupted to rid the nation of everything relating to the Confederacy, including monuments, statues, parks, et al.  Mayhem over this issue has ensued.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT A FLAG!

In rapidfire succession, the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES has made two illegal, UNCONSTITUTIONAL decisions, to uphold the illegal OBAMACARE (ACA) subsidies by illegally rewriting the law and ruled SAME SEX MARRIAGE Constitutional, by interpreting the wording of the Bill of Rights to mean something not contained, implied or intended as written.  The latter decision also asserted the Federal Government's right to violate religious freedom by redefining marriage.  Meanwhile, black groups are calling for the DEATH OF ALL WHITE PEOPLE by declaring them the SLAVE MASTERS, albeit slavery ended 150 years ago and everyone, slaves and masters alike, have long since died.  The LGBT movement is demanding that rainbow flags be displayed in all government sites and publicly at will. Muslim doctrine is being forced upon us, while Christianity is being persecuted and vilified.  Amoral teachings and the brainwashing has begun in our schools under the guise of Common Core.  The Constitution is in shreds, as Obama rapidly envelopes the role of Dictator.  The oppression of white people by the Federal Government has reached universal and popular acceptance as justified by all those who are NOT white!  Therefore;

THE GOVERNMENT HAS DECLARED WAR

AGAINST WHITE AMERICANS!

America has become a country of MINORITY MOB RULE and the CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC is all but dead!  DEMOCRACY, while being propagandized as our political system, is NON-EXISTANT.  Our freedoms are being destroyed and our self protection threatened.  The increase in MILITARY buildup within the United States and the level of MILITARY ACTIVITIES unprecedented since WWII, white Americans are very concerned, some even to a level of paranoia, over prospects for the future.  With JADE HELM 15 beginning on JULY 15 and daily military activities nationwide on the rise, the concern deepens.  The prospect of MARTIAL LAW is on everyone's mind.  The government can no longer be trusted and LIES are disseminated as TRUTH and everything happening around us seems surreal, as in a nightmare from which we are unable to escape.

JEOPARDY 2015 PART TWO

THE FOUR BLOOD MOONS ARE REAL!
Rev. With the changing unrest in the Middle East, it is easy to assume that anything can, and most likely will, can happen to change the political face of the region and unleash even more atrocities than we are experiencing with ISIS (Islamic State of Iran and Syria).  Obama has called ISIS "ISIL", which means Islamic State of Iran and the Levant.  That is a significant difference, because ISIL is ISIS PLUS the rest of the heart of the Middle East...INCLUDING ISRAEL, of which the Islamic Nation claims ownership.  This conflict between Israel and the Palestinians is over the same territory.  This blog cannot possibly cover all the intracacies of these conflicts, but the attack on Christians and continued threats from Iran and ISIS to "wipe Israel off the map" is becoming more widespread and threatening.  No peaceful settlement is in sight.

Add to this the element of the FOUR BLOOD MOONS and something significant would appear to be within the scope of possiblity, based on Biblical prophesy and history.  At the end of each FOUR BLOOD MOONS event, a major change has occurred affecting the Jewish nation.  Hagee predicts that such a major event will happen following the fourth blood moon in this series on or just following September 28.  Regardless, a strong case can be made that Hagee is right, but only after the fact will we know for sure.

NIBIRU IS REAL....OR IS IT?
While we are in the realm of space, we cannot ignore Nibiru or Planet X as it is also called.  If it does NOT exist, there are thousands of people in hundreds of places around the globe who have photographed a bright object in the sky that is NOT on the planetary or star charts!  Even NASA has identified a giant object that was beyond Pluto when first discovered.  NASA has denied that Nibiru is headed into Earth's orbit, and have even denied its existance.  Frankly, NASA does not reveal everything they know and, in some cases, present false or conflicting information or even withholds information from the public.  I, personally, do not trust NASA and everything they tell us.  They claim to be completely above board, but what they have told us in the past does not tell the whole story in every case.  Be that as it may.

IF Nibiru is real, it is giant planet, much larger than Earth, traveling in an eliptical orbit that reaches from a loop arount our Sun to far beyond our solar system.  Events of the past would seem to indicate that it passes by Earth in its loop arount the Sun every 3500 years or so.  While some believe that it may come near us every 350 years, the evidence for the longer orbit time span has more validity.  Exactly when it supposedly will pass through Earth's orbit on its way around the Sun is not known, but it is believed it could be as early as March or April of 2016.  If that is true, Earth will start feeling its effect this September, as it enters our solar system, and it will become increasingly more visible as it approaches.

Venus, as identified by NASA, is highly visible at dusk and for about 2 hours in the evening, before it sinks below the horizon as Earth rotates.  When it first becomes visible at dusk, when viewed through a telescope or high powered binoculars, it appears as a bright, white object, but with a red object next to it, partially obscuring Venus.  This has been observed by many people around the globe, most particularly in North America.  When viewed later in the evening, as it moves north and down in the sky, when viewed through magnification, the red object does NOT appear with it, as has been witnessed by a number of observers.  The speculation is that Nibiru's location is in proximity to the sight line of Venus, causing this phenomenon.  Photographs of the western sky from various points on Earth yield different positions for a red, unexpaainable object.  Join us in watching the skies in the coming months to see what develops in the western sky.  There are too many recorded observations to deny the existance of SOMETHING there that is not normally visible.  Many observers claim that it is getting closer to Earth as the months pass.  If that is true, we are in for a rude awakening at some point in the not too distant future.

INCREASED SEISMIC AND VOLCANIC ACTIVITY ON EARTH IS REAL!
Many dedicated observers connect the approachment of Nibiru to this increased activity, which is far beyond the shallow, minor quakes related to fracking operations, sich as in Oklahoma and Texas.  Regardless, the USGS (United States Geological Survey) recognizes increased activity unprecedented in our lifetimes.  Many of these quakes are occurring at the base of long dormant volcanoes and buttes across the western United States, Canada and South America, as well as in other oarts of the globe.  Some of these sites that have been dormant for thousands of years are showing activity and, in some cases, have erupted.  The number of active volcanoes around the world usually stands at a dozen or so.  Actual eruptions (over the period of a month or so) is currently about double that, with activity recorded in as many as 40 or so locations.  As I said, this is unprecedented in our lifetimes.

Over the past several months, activity in and around Yellowstone Super Volcano Caldera has been increasing as the months pass and is at the highest level of activity since it began a couple of years ago.  USGS has added a numbe of new seismic monitorinng devices in wells across the region during the last year.  One dedicated observer, who has accurately predicted areas where seismic and volcanic activity will occur, is Dutchsinse, who was attacked recently by USGS and called a liar for connecting the dots.  I have followed him for a couple of years now, and his predictions are uncannily accurate.  He provides videos of current and past activity via a 3D graphic of Earth, which records all activity in real time, which USGS cannot deny.  From these observations, he makes predictions based upon current activity of areas to watch for activity over the next week or so.  He is right most of the time!  Follow him on Facebook to view his videos and read his releases.  https://www.facebook.com/DutchsinseOfficial?fref=ts

 We are just getting started examining all the various elements worthy of note going on around the globe that we will be covering in this blog series.  Please follow our blog to see all the posts in the series.  You life may depend upon some of the information which we will cover.  It is impossible to cover all details on any of these subjects in a mere blog.  To learn more about each of the topics, you must research further.  Our objective here is only to raise awareness of these various topics and implore upon you to investigate each of them further, so you can be prepared for whatever comes.

On one thing I am certain!  Things on this Earth are changing rapidly and are most likely going to get worse before it gets better.  It is in your best interest to not ignore these events and issues.

JEOPARDY 2015 PART ONE

2015 is introducing us to many mysterious and intriguing events, some real, some questionable, some rumored, some theorized and some imagined.  The problem we are having as humans is being able to discern which are which!

JADE HELM 15 IS REAL 

From July 15th to September 15th of 2015 a massive multi-state military exercise will take place in the Southwestern United States, involving all branches of the military.  This event is unprecedented.  Very few facts are known about these exercises, but the government has confirmed that while some military will be in uniform and very visible, an unknown number of military personnel will assimilate among the population in plain clothes undetected.  Earlier this year, a convoy of Walmart trucks were seen moving West through the country.  No credible explation has yet emerged regarding that incident.  Then, a few weeks later, Walmart closed 6 of their stores suddenly, all at the same time (except for the 6th one which was closed a few weeks later) purportedly to make :plumbing repairs.  They announced that the stores would be closed for six months and that all personnel would be laid off permanently.  Since then, a lot of unusual, if not strange, activities have been witnessed in and around these stores by many witnesses.  Military vehicles have been seen near some of the stores.  Many theories have emerged that are yet unverified, but based upon vague information leaking from the Pentagon, it would appear that the military using these closed stores for supply centers during the exercises appear to have some validity.  In recent days, groups of 3 to 5 Blue Bell trucks have been seen traveling together in Alabama, Texas and Oklahoma, even though all their plants and distribution facilities have been closed for weeks.  No credible explanation has been given for their movement. 

Meanwhile, movement by truck and train of massive numbers of military vehicles, including some marked with UN signage, have been seen all across the country.  While iit is logical to expect military equipment to be moved into the Jade Helm exercises areas, massive numbers seem to exceed one's maximum estimates on actual need for the maneuvers.  As July 15 approaches, expect to see an increase in military buildup in the affected cities and other locations where maneuvers will occur.  One city in Texas has been identified as a staging area for some of the exercises, but the government is silent regarding other specific locations involved.  The government paints these exercises as just "routine military training exercises", but Texas is concerned enough about the secrecy cloaking the scope of them that the Governor has ordered  the state militia to observe all activities related to these exercises to insure that Texas residents are kept safe.

As Jade Helm unfolds in July and August, we should expect to understand better exactly what types of military activities will be conducted.  The Pentagon has reported that it will include "training for urban warfare".  How those execises will be conducted remains a mystery.

CERN'S LARGE HADRON COLLIDER IS REAL 

In March of this year, CERN powered up the world's largest particle collider and immediately had to shut it down due to an electrical short in one of its circuits.  It resumed operations in April with several tests conducted In May.  CERN has stated that the ultimate goal is to split the "God particle", named Higgs Boson, in an effort to recreate the "Big Bang"!  In other words, they want to find the origin of the Universe.  In this process, the Director of CERN has stated that they expect to "open a door to another dimension through which something will come into our dimension, or that we (CERN) can pass something through it into the other dimension."  Stephen Hawking has told them sternly that they are meddling into an area they should not go. He says that their activities have the potential to destroy the universe!  CERN is ignoring him.

This sculpture of Shiva, God of Destruction, sits just outside CERN headquarters and the LHC in Geneva, Switzerland.  The CERN logo, when inverted, clearly reads "666", the mark of Satan.  Read into these images what you will.  Ask yourself, WHY these images are there!  Then take a look at the LHC itself...

Some have said that this device may well "open the gates of HELL"!  Stay tuned, because CERN has scheduled an attempt to "open the door" in mid-September of this year!

WHAT'S NEXT FOR 2015?
In the interest of fairness to you, the reader, you should Google any of the terms and titles above relating to CERN and JADE HELM 15 to get a better understanding ot them before I hit you with additional 2015 events.  There is so much going on, it is best you try to digest each part before proceeding deeper into the year's events.  After all, your brain can easily become overloaded to the point that you may draw the wrong conclusions.  Stay rational and, as more is revealed, you will begin to see why all of these events are important and worthy of our attention and understanding.  Regardless of how all these unfold, do NOT ignore them and be vigilant in your pursuit of information.

THE DUPLICITY FACTOR

DUPLICITY

:  contradictory doubleness of thought, speech, or action; especially :  the belying of one's true intentions by deceptive words or action 

Dorothy and her band of misfits were led down the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City in the Land of Oz seeking the Wonderful Wizard.  We as Americans have been led down a similar path for years, lured by a false promise of Hope and Change   We have been shown the illusion of grandeur as a carrot dangled before the rabbit, and we have blindly marched down that seemingly golden path with visions of a Utopian society just ahead.  Along the way, silent voices beckon us onward until we reach the promised land and witness the magnificent show and tell orchestrated by our own wizard of masterful magic.

During the performance, we sense that something is not quite right about what we are seeing and hearing.  At first, we are confused by rhetoric that paints a picture of progress and increasing prosperity.  We are shown a vision of peace through the art of diplomacy replacing the horror of wars.  We are continuously promised a realization of our dreams of a better life for all.  Then we, out of curiosity, peek behind the offstage curtain.

DUPLICITY EXPOSED

What is this?  Why has the Emerald City turned into brown ruins?  Why is there fighting among all the factions?  Why are we so divided that we can no longer live together?  Why has the vision of Utopia been transformed into chaos of division and oppression?  Why am I suddenly feeling depressed and as though I am sinking in quicksand?  Was what I imagined only an illusion?

We were told that in order to achieve Utopia, we must first embrace diversity and tolerance.  We found ourselves being led to accept concepts and ideologies foreign to our own.  Illegal immigrants were transformed into refugees and we were told that they were as American as we.  We were told our deficits were being eliminated and the doubling of our national debt was not our concern.  We were told that if we just accepted others as ourselves, all would be peace and light.

Yet, we were becoming overwhelmed by irrationalities all around us.  Our every move was being watched and was starting to be used against us.  We were being told that everything was being done for our own good and that the government knew best.  We were seeing our freedoms suppressed in a government effort to whip us into submission to the all powerful.  We were being told that we had no rights except as allowed by government.  We were being told to put our initiatives aside and just accept what we were being given as the best we could ever expect.  We were being dictated a common life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

Then we realized that we were being deceived!  We were told FORWARD, yet we were going backward.  We were told our economy was thriving, yet all indications were contrary.  We were being told that there was no inflation, yet the cost of our very basic needs were skyrocketing.  We were told that unemployment was reaching near the lowest levels in history, yet only a little over half of eligible workers had jobs, and many of those who did were working in lesser jobs than those for which they were qualified.  A 40 hour work week was becoming a 30 hour work week.  Full time work was becoming part time work.  Moreover, we had quit facing one another with dialogue and had resorted to electronic devices to give us a false sense of living.

When we finally began learning the truths, we realized we were being TRANSFORMED!  Into what, we were not yet quite sure, but we knew we were being transformed.  After all, we were promised that, but we didn't listen carefully.  We assumed Utopia like the Emerald City and got Oppression like the Iron Curtain instead.  The silent war of government against citizens was overtaking us.  But, then, the silent war was silent no more.  We were being accused of every imaginable offense contrary to our own sense of being, such as racism, discrimination, bigotry and hatred, challenging our individualism and integrity.  We were being told that giving up our guns would end violence, yet experiments to that end were being exposed to be false.  We were being told that we would all be better off if the Federal government ran our lives for us, including our own law enforcement.  We were told that happiness would only come when we submitted to the Wizard.

We were willing victims of DUPLICITY.  We were told things we believed, but they were lies.  We were told the government was acting on our behalf, when in reality we were being put under more oppressive government control.  We were becoming the sheeple we so vehemently hated within ourselves.  We were becoming slaves through our own deceptive dreams.  We were losing our identifies through our own stupidity.

Only by putting aside the duplicity and persistently seeking the truth and actively defending our own principles will we ever reach the real Utopia like the Emerald City, which is in ourselves of ourselves for ourselves.  When we realize once again that government works for US, not the other way around, will we overcome duplicity and regain our FREEDOMS and get along with each other without deception.

"WOE IS ME" POLITICS

"Woe is me, but what, me worry?"

Our country is suffering from a plethora of problems too numerous to mention, let alone address, in a mere blog.  However, all our problems have one thing in common...they all relate to a "WOE IS ME" mentality permeating government.  Those among us who can make our case for being downtrodden seem to me to be favored by govenment to offer assistance, at the cost of those who never complain.  State and local governments always have their hands out for whatever they can squeeze from the Federal government. 
"The public" is listed as the benficiary on most all government policies.

However, never before has "the public" been bombarded by more political excuses for every crisis and the "govenmental solutions" offered in response as today.  Whatever the situation, "immediate need" is applied as the excuse for implementation of policies purported to remedy the situation.  That "immediate need" excuse stems from a never ending "Woe is me" mentality pervading politics.

In our own state of Alabama, this attitude came to haunt us in the form of budget cutbacks.  It has been the epitome of "Woe is me" politics in action and worsens as we get further into 2015.  "Woe is me!  We are broke and the budget is $514 Million over revenue!"  "Woe is me for we have no choice but to make these cutbacks because the revenue shortfall is insurmountable!"  Nowhere will you hear the words, "We have overspent for so many years until we have used up all our options of robbing Peter to pay Paul and we can no longer cover our ass."  NO, you will never hear that, even though it is obviously and painfully true!  What you WILL hear next is, "Woe is me, we cannot meet our budget without more revenue, so we have no choice but to raise taxes."

This is the situation facing Alabamians today, April 21, 2015.  The new budget, as it currently exists, before the legislature, calls for $514 Million in cuts to services and closing of facilities across the state.  When it became public that services and facilities we take for granted would be permanently closed did it become clear that the "woe is me" meant US, rather than our state government!  Among the proposed cuts are nutrition programs. mental health services, indigent care, court system subsidies and the closing of certain National Guard armories, government satellite offices and 15 OF ALABAMA'S UNIQUE HISTORICAL AND BEAUTIFUL STATE PARKS!

WELL, HELL'S BELLS!  If the state government wants to get our attention, it is hard to think of anything to do that as effectively as telling us, "Woe is me, we have to close your State Parks!"  The irony in this is the fact that all but 3 or 4 State Parks virtually cover their own costs and a few actually make a profit, adding money to the state's revenue.  But that does not matter to our legislators, since the state subsidies to the State Parks are projected to be $13 Million for the coming budget year, so our only choice is to close them.  Unlike direct service subsidies that are a total drain on the budget, State Parks generate HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN REVENUE TO THE STATE ECONOMY THROUGH TOURISM!  A loss of that revenue will have severe adverse economic impact on the communites surrounding these parks due to the loss of business resulting from the loss of traffic to and from the parks.  However, in a budget exercise, those factors are not important since they do not affect the expense side of the budget...or, does it?

Governor Bentley's solution is to raise taxes. Many believe that closing the parks is merely a scare tactic, holding us hostage, to extort support for the tax increases.  However, all the tax increases proposed do NOT require a vote of the people, since they would surely not support them!  "Woe is me, we have to raise taxes, but just those that are not so evident and do not require a vote of the people;"  Let me interpret that to really mean that, "Because your ELECTED State officials cannot manage our state's affairs and have put us in this position, YOU, our constituents, must bear the sacrifice."  The stentch from this obviouos deceitful tactic on the part of our government is overwhelming!

What is NOT proposed  are a cut in legislators' pay, reducing the state's vehicle fleet, a perk in many cases, A STATE LOTTERY or any number of other solutions alternative to raising taxes.  Ignored in all of this is the lost revenue from tourism and the taxes on goods and services the state will lose as a result.  Rather, it is just a short-sighted solution to an immediate budget problem, without considerationn for the longer term effects on the citizens and businesses of Alabama, its visitors or, yes, even state revenue!

"Woe is me, the wagon wheel is broken and YOU have to fix it...and pay for it...even though we admit we broke the wheel through our carelessness!"  We, the poeple, are forced to say, "Woe is me, because we elected incompetent, wasteful officials who squandered our tax money on too many pet projects and now WE have to bail them out."  "What, me worry?  The legislators brought us here, so why can't they bring us out?"  Because Alabama has the MOST EARMARKED FUNDS (% of budget), which cannot be transferred to other departments or programs, THAN ANY OTHER STATE IN THE NATION!  This severely penalizes the ability to rationally govern and manage the state's resources in times of crisis.  Unfortunatly, it is we the people who must sacrifice and suffer and pay the price for remedy.

The past attitude of "spending while we got it" on the part of our state government MUST STOP HERE!  They must examine ALL earmarked funds and pass legislation to clear these funds for transfer as the need arises.  They MUST reconsider a state lottery.  They MUST stop their "Woe is me" politics and bring sanity to its affairs.  They MUST reverse the "We have done so little with so much for so long that we are now forced to do nothing." mentality to pledge, "We have done so much with so little for so long that we are now qualified to do anything with nothing."  Only then will "Woe is me." be turned into a "can do regardless" state.
